Notice of Proposed Derivative Settlement
On October 3, 2019, Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation entered a settlement agreement with certain stockholder plaintiffs, JBS S.A. and its affiliate, and certain Pilgrim’s Pride directors to resolve claims brought on behalf of Pilgrim’s Pride relating to its acquisition of Moy Park.
